Eric Hasselbring has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Eric started their career as a Seasonal Hockey Referee at West Hempstead P.A.L. in 2007 and continued in this role until January 2012. In 2011, Eric joined St. Mary's Hospital for Children as a Case Placement Coordinator, where they worked until November 2012. Eric then moved on to Drive Medical in 2013 and held various roles within the customer service department, including Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Lead, and Customer Service Training and Analyst Supervisor. At Drive Medical, Eric's responsibilities included organizing product training programs, developing a product knowledge base, analyzing monthly returns data, providing support for product warranty and returns, and administering tests to maintain high levels of customer service. Eric is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Tornado, a position they have held since July 2017.
Eric Hasselbring attended Adelphi University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a B.B.A. in Management and Human Resources. Eric later enrolled in the Flatiron School from 2016 to 2017 and completed a program in Web Software Development, focusing on JavaScript, React, Redux, jQuery, and Rails.
