TORNASOL seeks to help solve complex problems by exposing contract mechanics and working with relational complications. While we act neither as lawyers nor engineers, we aspire to be the glue between disciplines and improve cross-professional communication and understanding.

TORNASOL believes in contracts as a force for good and as a mediation tool in the face of differences both within organisations and between parties. We regard no disagreement as unresolvable and understand that disputes are most effectively settled when parties work to defuse lateral issues through cooperation.

At TORNASOL, we support managers and lawyers and work best by bolting-into companies to bridge the legal-technical gap in disputes within the Offshore Wind Industry.
