Andi Callaway

Andi Callaway is an experienced sourcing professional with a long-standing career in supply chain management. Currently serving as the Sourcing Manager at The Toro Company since May 1996, Andi oversees Direct Materials for the Drive and Power Platform. Prior to this role, Andi worked at Ditch Witch from January 1996 to September 2019, where responsibilities included leading sourcing efforts for Raw Materials and Purchased Finished Goods and serving as a Senior Buyer for Primary and Secondary Hydraulics. Additionally, Andi gained retail management experience as a Retail Sales Manager at Where the Shoe Fits from January 2008 to January 2012, focusing on customer service, sales, and inventory management. Andi holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Ethics from Mid-America Christian University, earned between 2016 and 2020.
