Bob Peterson

Bob Peterson serves as the Technical Writing Supervisor at The Toro Company since March 2016, leading technical publications across the organization. Previously, Bob held positions including Senior Consultant for Technical Publications at Digi International, where writing and editing technical content for wireless devices was essential, and Senior Consultant for Documentation at Open Systems International, focusing on utility software solutions. Bob also managed technical writing at Kroll Ontrack, overseeing documentation for multiple business lines, and has experience as a Team Lead and Technical Writer at Multi Ad Services. Earlier career roles include teaching business and technical writing at the University of Minnesota and Minneapolis Community Technical College. Bob Peterson holds a Master’s degree in English from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Olaf College.
