Bron Clinesmith

Bron Clinesmith is an experienced sourcing manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Sourcing Manager for Cost at The Toro Company since July 2019, Bron oversees various commodity teams, including Electrical, Electronics, and Battery components. Previously, Bron held several key sourcing roles at The Charles Machine Works Inc. and Hawker Beechcraft, managing teams and driving strategic sourcing initiatives for multiple aircraft platforms. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Oklahoma State University, Bron has built a robust career marked by effective supplier relationship management and operational excellence.
