Craig Herold

Craig Herold has extensive experience in IT support and infrastructure services, currently serving as an IT Support Analyst II at The Toro Company since November 1996. Over the years, Craig has held various roles including Information Services Analyst and Computer Systems Analyst, focusing on project management, network administration, server administration, and business continuity planning. Prior experience includes working as a System Programmer at Menards, where responsibilities encompassed UNIX and network administration, as well as programming in FoxPro and Progress. Early in the career, Craig worked as a Machine Operator at Riverside Electronics Ltd. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Winona State University, complemented by Japanese Studies at the University of Minnesota-Akita.
