Crystal Bechler

Crystal Bechler is currently a Lean Specialist II at The Toro Company, where responsibilities include facilitating lean transformation activities focused on culture, systems, and tools since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Supervisor Training and Scheduler at Hood Packaging Corporation from October 2018 to July 2022, and as Process Improvement Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at TC Transcontinental from October 2018 to January 2020. Crystal's career also includes a position as Quality Assurance Specialist at Pure Fishing from February 2008 to September 2018. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership at Southwest Minnesota State University, Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Rhetoric from Iowa State University.
