Daniel Rascon

Daniel Rascon is a seasoned manufacturing engineering professional with extensive experience in roles of increasing responsibility. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Regional Manufacturing Engineering Manager at The Toro Company since June 2022, Daniel previously held multiple leadership positions at Eaton Industries, including Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Supervisor of Engineering, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing processes and coordinating lean manufacturing efforts. Daniel's career began in manufacturing engineering at a maquiladora, starting in January 2004, and continued through a progression of roles until September 2023. Daniel holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing from Instituto Tecnologico de Cd Juarez, completed in 2020.
