Eric Akslen

Eric Akslen has extensive experience in transportation management, currently serving as the Manager of Transportation Strategy and Projects at The Toro Company since November 2002. In this role, Eric oversees the comprehensive transportation process, including contract development and logistics strategy. Previously, as Manager of Truckload & Private Fleet, responsibilities included managing the private fleet and minimizing transportation costs. Eric has also held positions as a Senior Transportation Specialist, where service issues were resolved, and as a Fleet Dispatcher, supporting customer service and compliance with DOT regulations. Eric began a career in transportation at Transport America as an Operations Planner. A graduate of Iowa State University, Eric holds a B.S. in Transportation & Logistics.
