Fernando Benach serves as the Irrigation Sales Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean at The Toro Company since June 2017, while also operating as an Irrigation Consultant for BENASA Irrigation Design since November 2015. Previously, Fernando held the position of Irrigation Designer at Sweeney & Associates and served as Irrigation Director at Aliaxis Latino América for eight years, overseeing management, sales planning, and project execution in the irrigation sector. Fernando's extensive experience includes irrigation project design, water management, and market research. Additionally, Fernando taught irrigation courses at the Universidad de Costa Rica. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Management and International Negotiations from Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica and a degree in Agriculture Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica.
