Jeremy Robb

Jeremy Robb serves as the Director of Employment & Compliance at The Toro Company, where responsibilities include providing strategic legal counsel on global labor and employment matters and managing the corporate compliance program. With prior experience as Senior Counsel, Employment & Compliance, Jeremy oversaw global employment law and ethics compliance, and as Senior Attorney, Employment & Commercial, provided strategic guidance on employment law issues in the U.S. Earlier, as a Shareholder and Employment Attorney at Nilan Johnson Lewis PA, Jeremy advised on various employment law matters and achieved favorable litigation outcomes. Jeremy began the legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, obtained magna cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Saint John's University.
