Joe Hager has over four decades of experience in product development and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Product Development at The Toro Company since December 1985. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a Design Engineer at Ditch Witch from June 1981 to November 1985 and at International Harvester from June 1979 to May 1981. Educationally, Joe holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, completed between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from North Dakota State University, obtained from 1975 to 1979.
