John Mattson serves as Director on the Board of Directors for TORO EMPLOYEES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION since April 2025. In addition, John has been with The Toro Company since October 1997, currently holding the position of Sr. Engineering Manager for Computer Aided Engineering, Processes & Systems (CAEPS), overseeing applications, data, processes, and systems critical to engineering operations, including SAP, Windchill, and Creo. Prior experience includes working as an Engineering Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems from May 1994 to October 1997, where John contributed to the implementation of software for United Defense LLC and supported General Motors' Crash Simulation group. John is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Management & Leadership at St. Cloud State University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
