Julie Rein Cpp

Julie Rein CPP, HRIP, currently serves as the Sr. HR Operations Manager at The Toro Company, where responsibilities include leading Workday HCM implementation and developing a Global HR Operations Operating Model since January 2020. Prior to this role, Julie was the Sr. HRIS Project Manager at Entrust Datacard, assisting with M&A integration and implementing ADP WFN and Time & Attendance. With extensive experience at TE Connectivity, from December 2010 to April 2019, Julie managed global teams in HR operations, data management, and payroll administration. Earlier in career, Julie held significant positions at ADC Telecommunications, managing HRIS support and payroll operations, and played a key role in M&A activities while also improving employee retention in India. Julie holds a BS in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
