Russell Roley

Russell Roley currently serves as the Regional Senior Quality Manager at The Toro Company since October 2023. Prior to this role, Russell was the Plant Manager at Rable Machine Inc from January 2022 to October 2023 and held various positions at Custom Hoists, a division of Standex, including Manufacturing Manager and Quality Assurance Manager between January 2015 and January 2022. Additionally, Russell's experience includes roles at Schaeffler as Customer Quality and at Emerson Process Management as North America Quality Manager for the Valve Automation Division, as well as Quality Engineer positions at Triumph Group, Triumph Thermal Systems, and Tower Automotive. Russell holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, along with an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from North Central State College.
