Steve Pence, CSE, has extensive experience in sales management within the golf and sports equipment industry. Currently serving as District Sales Manager at The Toro Company since August 2007, responsibilities include overseeing four Commercial Equipment Distributors across the Western United States and Hawaii, managing a team of twenty-five salespeople and five sales managers to drive sales while ensuring profitability. Prior roles include Vice President at Auto Shoppers Club Inc., where responsibility encompassed automobile sales and leasing, and Territory Sales Manager at Club Car, focusing on fleet golf car sales in Southern California. Steve Pence's career began as a Branch Manager at Club Car, where sales, service, and administrative operations were directed for a factory branch office, complemented by past experience as General Manager at Dash Golf Cars and Territory Sales Representative at Club Car.
