Ndidi

Dr. Nnoli-Edozien Ndidi is a prominent member of the International Sustainability Standards Board at the IFRS Foundation since July 2022, representing Africa. With extensive experience in governance and sustainability, Nnoli-Edozien is a full member and Executive Committee member at The Club of Rome and has founded and serves as President/Founder & Chair of the Growing Businesses Foundation since October 1999. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Toronet, RisingTideAfrica, and AfriKairos GmbH. Nnoli-Edozien has held various leadership roles, including Chair of the Corporate Governance & Sustainability Sub-Committee for ACCA's Africa Advocacy Program and co-chairing the Weltethos Institut Research Group on Finance & Economy. Nnoli-Edozien holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Relations from The London School of Economics, a PhD in Ethics, Governance & Sustainability from Goethe University Frankfurt, and completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School.
