David Elfstrom, P.Eng, CEM, CMVP, is a seasoned energy engineer with extensive experience in energy conservation and management. With a background as a Research Physicist/Engineer and Systems Administrator at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and various roles at Toronto Hydro, including Climate Action Consultant and CDM Project Consultant, David specializes in accelerating climate action plans through electrification and energy efficiency strategies. As the President of Elfstrom Engineering, David designed high-performance HVAC systems and conducted numerous energy audits. Currently, as an Independent Energy Engineer at Elfstrom Energy Solutions, services include energy project measurement and verification across Ontario. David holds a B.Sc.E. in Civil Engineering from Queen's University.
