Tram Do is an experienced analyst currently serving as an Asset Investment Analyst and previously as an Automation and Analytics Analyst at Toronto Hydro since March 2022. Tram has contributed to Portfolio and Resource Analysis through data preparation and transformation using Alteryx and improved workflows to optimize efficiency. Prior experience at Toronto Hydro includes roles as an Operations Analyst, where Tram developed an automated Notification Auto-Assignment workflow, and as a Senior Technical Student focused on data analysis of project budgets and resources. Tram also worked as a Medical Office Administrator at Clairhurst Immigration Medical, managing patient data and technical setups. Additionally, Tram participated in the development of a food-sharing web application during ElleHacks 2020. Tram holds an Honours BA in Computer Science from York University and an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Health Informatics Technology from Centennial College.
