We specialize in Chronic Pain and its affects on the human body. Our goal is to formulate a treatment plan to bring lasting relief to our patients. The purpose of this multidisciplinary program is to improve both the physical and psychological effects of pain.
Toronto Poly Clinic has two convenient locations across the GTA. Our head office is located in North York, at the corner of Yonge and Finch. We are located just south of Finch station. 
Our second location is in the heart of Thornhill located at the corner of Bayview and John. We can be found in the same plaza as the Shoppers Drug Mart.
