2004 January, Dongying Toroyal Materials Technology Co.,Ltd was founded by Mr.Liu, started with 8 extrusion lines at the beginning Toroyal is one of the earliest factories to make Poly Shutter Profiles.
2010 September, With the captital injection of local Finance Bureau, Toroyal set up the finished shutters production line and start to assemble Pre-paint POLY Shutters.
2015 May, Approx 5,000 sqm of POLY Shutters are assembly per month, most of them are exporting to AU and US.
2016 June, Second painting line and more extruders were exploring in the production, the delivery time of shutter profiles can be THREE weeks. By the end of 2016, 30 extruders were done at Toroyal –  the largest POLY Shutter Profiles factory in China.
2021 September, Toroyal Shutters factory was purchased by local Finance Bureau, it had been state-owned enterprise start from Oct 01.
