Alex is the current Head of Knowledge at Torq. Alex has been in this role since June of 2021. Prior to this, Alex was a Senior Manager Tech Docs at Cortex by Palo Alto Networks from April 2018 to June 2021. Alex was also a Technical Writer at VMware from October 2013 to May 2016 and a Project Manager at Nefesh B'Nefesh from September 2009 to August 2013.
