Jacquelyn Wayne

Jacquelyn Wayne has over two decades of legal and corporate experience, serving in various roles within leading organizations. At Optiv, from November 2020 to April 2023, Jacquelyn held multiple senior positions including Vice President & Associate General Counsel, and SVP, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing privacy and export compliance, AI policy, and third-party risk management. Previous experience includes roles at Sybase Software as a Sales Representative, Rational Software, and DEWALT, along with significant legal positions at Reconstruction Experts, Inc. and Bennington Johnson Biermann & Craigmile, LLC. Jacquelyn holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from Kansas State University. Current position includes serving as Senior Director of US Legal at Torq since October 2025.
