Barb Fleming

Barb Fleming is a Managing Director of Operations at TorranceLearning, where they continue to leverage over 25 years of experience in project management, training development, and client relations. Previously, they served as a Senior Board Member and past Chairperson of the Industrial Division for the Michigan Safety Conference from 2003 to 2024, and held the role of Project Manager at ATS Consulting and Training Solutions from 2008 to 2013. Barb also directed teams at O/E Learning from 1990 to 2018, overseeing the design and implementation of various training programs. They earned a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Purdue University, following their studies at Cornell University.
