La Torre alle Tolfe is an organic and regenerative estate just a few km away from Siena comprising a medieval Borgo with accommodations in a historic villa, an organic restaurant, vineyards, and olive groves. It's the ideal location for retreats, weddings, wine and olive oil tastings, cooking classes, cultural and outdoor activities.

Guests can embrace a slow-paced life while admiring the spectacular views from our Borgo overlooking the majestic Siena and its green hills by choosing to spend their holidays in the villa's rooms or in one of its 2 apartments fully equipped with a kitchen and access to all the main facilities. 

The estate covers 100 hectares, including vineyards, olive groves, arable fields, and forests, extending over rolling hills towards Siena and out towards the heart of the Chianti region. 

The entire property is run as a certified organic farm, producing various wines and premium olive oil, with the arable land producing a variety of organic grains and pulses. 

The lack of pesticides and other intensive agrochemicals means that the fields and forests are also home to a rich fauna and a remarkable variety of wildflowers. In addition, we created special corners dedicated to our farm, a vegetable garden to provide guests with fresh and genuine products, and a herbs garden to delight them with local aromas.

Last but not least, guests staying at the Borgo can even enjoy playing tennis or bowls on our exclusive fields, while all guests, including external ones, can come by our restaurant and taste some authentic food specialties both for lunch and dinner!

All guests are also able to take part in a number of culinary, sport and cultural experiences which are on offer on the premises.
