Luis Mesa

Luis Mesa is currently a software engineer at Torre. Prior to this, they worked as the head of administration at CLECE S.A. from December 1998 to December 2009. In this role, they managed a team of 25 people and was responsible for the financial reports and information for the company. In these roles, they were responsible for tasks such as invoicing and treasury control.
