Jack Ebert

Jack Ebert has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies. Jack started their career in 2009 as an Engineer at Northwest Consultants Inc and worked there until 2013. Jack then joined sdi structures as an Engineer and remained there until 2017. In 2017, they joined Torrent Consulting where they held various roles including Salesforce Analyst, Senior Salesforce Analyst, Salesforce Consultant, and Salesforce Consulting Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Delivery Director at Torrent Consulting since 2023.

Jack Ebert earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they obtained various certifications, including Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, and Salesforce Certified Administrator. Jack also achieved the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of Michigan in 2014 and obtained the Einstein Analytics Advanced Accredited certification from Salesforce in 2018.
