Jillian Smith-Rolfe

Jillian Smith-Rolfe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Lead Compensation Analyst and Lead HRIS Analyst at Torrid since August 2017, Jillian has progressed through various roles including Supervisor of HR Administration and HR Systems Coordinator. Prior to Torrid, Jillian gained extensive experience at Disneyland Resort, where roles included Guest Experience Manager and Workforce Management Scheduling Manager. Jillian's early career involved positions at Niagara Bottling and University Physicians, Inc., with a foundation in customer service and credentialing. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
