Ms. Eileen Tye joined the firm in 2021 as a human resources talent partner. Ms. Tye leads the firm’s talent management programs and processes by strategically attracting, hiring and retaining top talent that aligns with the firm’s development, diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previously, she worked in talent acquisition roles at several financial firms including Waddell & Reed, UMB Bank, and US Bank. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in english from Columbia College in Columbia, MO.
