Dave Rackham

Dave Rackham is an experienced product and strategy professional with a career that spans over a decade. Dave began their career as a Learning Experience Designer at Brigham Young University in 2010 and held various roles, including Associate Product Manager and Manager of Product Development, until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at GoReact as their first Product Manager and led the development of the web app, iOS and Android apps, LTI integrations with major learning management systems, and API/widget integrations with partner companies. In 2017, they joined Pluralsight and served as Head of Enterprise Experiences and Product Manager until 2020, during which they led a cross-functional team to deliver eight major experiences for Fortune 500 companies to close their technology skills gaps. In 2020, they joined Civis Analytics as their VP of Product until 2021. Currently, they are working as the Head of Strategy and Data at Torus, and they will become the Chief Experience Officer for their software department in 2023.

Dave Rackham attended Brigham Young University where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Later, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Instructional Psychology and Technology from the same university, and their doctoral program's completion year is not provided.
