Ashley Straley

Ashley Straley is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Tory Burch since February 2022, Ashley leads recruitment strategies for North American stores at various management levels. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Designer Brands from March 2017 to February 2022, overseeing executive-level recruiting and managing corporate recruiting functions. Ashley also served as Talent Acquisition Manager for Hudson's Bay Company, where the focus was on recruiting leadership talents for prominent retail brands. Earlier career experience includes a senior recruiting role at L Brands and an office management position at National City Bank.
