John Barbee

John Barbee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John currently holds the position of Chief Logistics & Client Services Officer and Global Head of Operations Excellence at Tory Burch, where they are responsible for global customer services, logistics, and distribution strategy and operations. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Logistics and Customer Services Officer at the same company.

Before joining Tory Burch, John worked as a Partner at McKinsey & Company from 2020 to 2022, where they made significant contributions to the firm. John also held the position of Managing Director at Kurt Salmon, part of Accenture Strategy, for almost 14 years. In this role, they served as a practice leader and executive advisor, specializing in developing strategies and operating models for retail and consumer businesses.

During their career, John has also worked as a Consultant at RedPrairie and Marc Global. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and held a position in the Office of Technology Licensing at Georgia Tech Research Institute.

John Barbee attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Systems Engineering. John also pursued further education at the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
