Asaf Eylon

Asaf Eylon is the CEO of Tosaf Additives White & Compounds, a position they have held since 2017, overseeing full P&L and three industrial business units while leading the management team including sales, marketing, R&D, purchasing, and production. They previously served as VP International Sales & Marketing at Tosaf Group, where they were responsible for global sales and set up sales offices, agencies, and distribution channels in more than 30 countries, while managing international sales managers and identifying new market opportunities to increase profitability. From 2005 to 2010, they were Regional Director - Turkey & Benelux at Tosaf Group, with P&L responsibility for two industrial production companies and leading efforts to improve quality of service and revenue, establishing policies and analyzing KPI. They earned an MBA in Business Management from Ben Gurion University in 2003.
