Michael Cox

Michael Cox is an experienced operations leader with nearly 30 years in the manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing sectors. They began as an apprentice Carton Maker in 1993 and progressed to roles in both small and multinational companies, including founding and growing their own successful business, P2 Finishing. Currently, as the Ireland Operations Manager at Tosca, they drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement, leveraging extensive knowledge in production and business management. Michael holds multiple qualifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing and Sales.
