Ray Balaster has extensive experience in technical operations and logistics, currently serving as Technical Operations Manager at Tosibox since July 2019, with a focus on OT infrastructure and services support. Prior to this role, Ray accumulated over 17 years at Cooling & Applied Technology, Inc., specializing as a Scales Programmer and Controls Design. Additionally, Ray owned The Skate Shop from February 2003 to August 2008. Educational background includes attendance at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in 1999 and Arkansas Tech University from 1996 to 1998.
