Andre Pols is currently an R&D Manager at Tosoh Bioscience, specializing in Instrument Systems. With a background in Systems Engineering, Andre has extensive experience in software development across highly regulated environments, such as aerospace and chromatography. Previously, Andre founded and managed a software company, leading it to serve various clients while also managing projects at DLR and SCPA. Andre has co-authored three papers in different engineering applications and actively contributed to several innovative projects, including the Gossamer satellite project at the German Aerospace Center. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from Universität Bremen.
