Allen Shim serves as the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair at Toss since October 2025. Previously, Allen was a self-employed business owner at Anderson Point Consulting from February 2022 to October 2025. Allen has also held board member positions at the National Library Board from September 2023 to August 2025, UNL from October 2022 to July 2025, and Kredivo FinAccel from October 2022 to February 2024. Allen earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, attending from September 1998 to May 2002.
