Heejin Lim has a strong background in software engineering and product management. Starting in 2013, Heejin worked as a Software Engineer at Fasoo, where they developed a document cloud and co-op system for enterprises. They also designed a centralized document management system and created graphical visualizations of document usages.
In 2015, Heejin joined Kakao Corp as a Software Engineer, where they played a crucial role in designing, developing, and operating the New Display Ad Server for Kakao AD. This system handled a high volume of display ad requests and was a key project for the company.

Heejin Lim started their education journey in 2008 at Mississippi State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Heejin completed their undergraduate studies in 2010. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, they attended the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.
In terms of additional certifications, Heejin Lim obtained a certification as a Foreign Exchange Officer from the Korea Banking Institute in January 2020.
