Jin Ko

Jin Ko has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2016, Jin joined NEXON Networks as an intern before becoming a Recruitment Specialist. In this role, Jin was responsible for organizing recruitment plans, hiring experienced workers, and conducting mass recruitment for entry-level positions. Jin also handled global HR tasks such as setting up the recruiting process in the Vietnam subsidiary and cooperating with managers to develop local HR policies. Some key achievements include recruiting founding members for the Vietnam subsidiary, strengthening the employer brand, and contributing to the development of interview processes. In 2021, Jin joined Market Kurly as a Talent Partner for Tech, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Jin is a Recruiting Business Partner at Viva Republica (Toss), starting in 2022.

Jin Ko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from Chung-Ang University between the years 2009 and 2016.
