Jisoo Kim

Jisoo Kim serves as a Data Analyst at Viva Republica (Toss) since July 2023, focusing on user engagement metrics, OKR dashboards, and analyses related to UI enhancements and user engagement experiments across different teams. Previously, Jisoo worked at CLASS101 from May 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included dashboard creation and analysis of user patterns, retention, promotional events, and CLTV modeling. In earlier roles, Jisoo was a PM and image processing developer at Seadronix Corp., contributing to the design and development of data management programs for autonomous vehicle models, and held a position in external relations at Asan Medical Center, managing funds and analyzing data for new business initiatives. Jisoo also gained experience as an intern at the Asan Nanum Foundation, focusing on social impact project planning and case studies of social enterprises. Jisoo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Chung-Ang University.
