Sangrok is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Recruitment Platform Team Leader at Toss since October 2025, where responsibilities include developing system-based recruitment strategies and process improvements. Prior experience includes leading the Talent Acquisition Team at KRAFTON Inc. from September 2021 to October 2025, where Sangrok spearheaded hiring strategies and workforce planning. As a Human Resources Specialist at NAVER Corp from January 2021 to August 2021, the focus was on directing large-scale recruitment programs. Additionally, a significant tenure at SAMSUNG SDS spanned over 12 years, during which Sangrok directed the global rollout of the Workday HR system and managed recruitment processes across various divisions.
