Total Active Hub believes every employee should have access to movement that works for them, not just access to benefits they’re unlikely to use. When people move more consistently, organisations see higher energy, stronger engagement, and better performance.

We’ve built a platform that creates the foundation for this.

Active Hub Foundation provides a simple, accessible space where every employee can take part in movement, regardless of role, location, or fitness level. It’s not about gym access or discounts. It’s about creating an environment where movement is visible, inclusive, and consistent.

From there, we layer in movement accelerators to drive behaviour change. Team challenges, personal goals, rewards, and shared experiences that bring people together and make movement part of everyday culture, not a one-off initiative.

Alongside this, we connect employees to a wider ecosystem of partners, content, and opportunities, but always anchored in one core principle: movement should be easy to access, easy to sustain, and relevant to everyone.

Whether you’re just starting to think about physical wellbeing, or looking to move beyond low engagement and short-term initiatives, Total Active Hub gives you the infrastructure to build something that actually works.

If you’re open to exploring a more inclusive and effective approach to movement, let’s have a conversation.
