Adele Fleming

Adele Fleming is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing operations for Total Construction Training in Redditch and Bromsgrove since November 2022. Adele has held multiple roles within the company, including manager and office administrator, and is currently serving as branch manager at Total Construction Training in Bromsgrove since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as company director at LABELRITE LIMITED from May 2010 to October 2019 and working as a care assistant with NHS Professionals from September 2005 to May 2010. Adele began a career in retail as a sales assistant at Millets from September 2002 to November 2004 and earlier worked as a pick packer at Central Springs & Pressings Limited during school years.
