Bill Franks

Bill Franks has extensive experience in the construction industry, holding the position of Director at Total Construction Pty Ltd since 1994 and previously serving as Director at W.H. Franks Constructions from 1987 to 2010. Prior to these leadership roles, Bill Franks worked as a Carpenter and Leading Hand at Donnelley Constructions from 1978 to 1987. Education includes a Clerk of Works degree obtained from Meadowbank TAFE between 1978 and 1984, following the completion of a school certificate at Meadowbank High from 1975 to 1978.
