Currently, Sem serves as a Creative Director at Total Design and Zuiderlicht, while also holding board positions at Bonnefanten and previously at poppodium NIEUWE NOR. They co-founded Mockus, a creative communication agency dedicated to addressing social issues and fostering youth engagement.
