Jerry Phillips possesses extensive experience in mechanical estimation and project management, currently serving as Chief Estimator at Total Facility Solutions since June 2014. Prior to this role, Jerry worked at Brandt Industrial and P1 Group, Inc. as a Senior Mechanical Estimator, showcasing a strong track record in estimating within the mechanical construction sector. Jerry began the career as a Preconstruction Manager at Arellano Construction Company, further solidifying expertise in preconstruction processes from May 2007 to May 2009.
