Stephen Laughlin

Stephen Laughlin has over two decades of experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager at Total Facility Solutions since March 2009. Prior roles include Mechanical Coordinator at Parsons and Assistant Project Manager at Total Facility Solutions. In earlier positions, Stephen held project management responsibilities at Notch Mechanical Constructors and served as Lead Quantity Surveyor at Kinetics, as well as Lead Estimator at BG Mechanical. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Western New England University, earned in 1993.
