Erwin Cayco ECE

Erwin Cayco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, graduating in 2007. With extensive experience in network and security operations, Erwin served as SOC Manager at Total Information Management Corp. from March 2020 to April 2022, and again from January 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing 24/7 MSOC and MNOC operations. Prior to this, Erwin worked as Duty Manager for Trends & Technologies, Inc., overseeing TOC operations from November 2017 to May 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as NOC Engineer and Sr. NOC Engineer at Radius Telecoms, Inc. from February 2008 to July 2012, leading to the position of Head of Network Operations Center at Radius Telecoms since July 2014. Erwin holds multiple professional certifications, including ECE, CCNA, ITIL, CEH, and CompTIA Sec-Plus.
