With extensive experience in the retail sector, Lance held the position of Vice President at The Gap Partnership from 2013 to 2019, driving significant revenue growth and securing partnerships with leading US retailers. Earlier roles include President of Carbon Solutions, President of BodyBlocks Nutrition Systems, and positions at Siebel Systems, Accel-KKR, Arthur Andersen, and McKinsey & Company. Lance holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
