Ram Gautam

Ram Gautam has over 18 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Ram began their career in 2003 as a Software Engineer for a web security product at an Infosys client in Melbourne Australia. In 2007, they moved to an Infosys client in the healthcare domain in Bayarea SF as a Validation Lead. From 2008 to 2011, they worked for Infosys Technologies Limited as a Project Manager and QA Strategy Lead. During this time, they managed a team of 20 people in different time zones, was responsible for incident and problem management for a multichannel ecommerce website, and ensured 24X7 maintenance and production support for the system. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Senior Performance Engineer and Performance Engineer at SOASTA, Inc. where they worked with Sales representatives for demos, product setups for customers, provided consultation to customers on performance tuning strategies, and liaised with multiple Soasta customers and Soasta teams in multiple time zones. Most recently, they have been the Director of Performance Engineering at Total Performance Consulting since 2021.

Ram Gautam obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Jalandhar Jobs in 2003 and a B.Tech in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology Jalandhar in 2003. Ram also holds certifications from PeopleCert (ITIL Foundation Level, 2021), SOASTA - Now Part of Akamai (Soasta certified Cloudtest Expert, 2016), and Scrum Alliance (Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae), 2019).
